About GCI Wall Forms

Our sister company, GCI Castings Inc. was incorporated in 1987 in the state of Kansas, USA. The company manufactured and marketed construction castings to cities and municipalities in USA.                              The company manufactured over 250 products.

In 1993, GCI Exports Pvt. Ltd. was established in Bangalore, India to manufacture Pallets and Headers for pipes. These products were exported world wide.

In 1995, GCI Pipe Products Inc. was incorporated in Kansas City, USA to exclusively handle the sales of all Pallets and Headers .

In 2004, GCI Castings (India) Pvt. Ltd. was established in Bangalore, India. This captive Foundry unit meets the needs of the pipe plant.

In 2008, GCI Groups successfully developed and built a Dry Cast Pipe making plant with collaboration from Schlosser Pfeiffer of Germany.

GCI Group of companies are strong believers in excellent quality and customer service. Towards this end their companies have secured ISO 9002 , NABCB and TUV (Germany) certifications.

GCI Wall Forms (GWF) was established in 2008 to serve the concrete forming business in India. They teamed up with Wall-Ties & Forms Inc (WTF), USA to bring their proven Aluminium forms technology to India.

WTF is the largest designer and manufacturerof aluminium forms in the world. Since their establishment in 1976 they have manufactured thousands of Ties and Forms. They are currently serving over 40 nations including have shipped these Forms to over 40 countries around the world including North America, South America, Africa, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

Today they produce and ship over 30 million ties a year and over 200,000 concrete forms throughout the world.

GWF just does not sell the product. We hold our client's hand and provide them with cradle-to-grave support they need to be successful. At thier option, we work with them up front in helping design their buildings and plants. After delivering the product our professionals will train the client's staff on site on how best they can utilise the alunminium forms. We also provide post construction support as needed.
